I don't remember my password.

Once you have downloaded and installed the app on your device, open it.
On the app's main screen, you will find a "Login" button. Tap on it.
On the login page of the app, look for a "Forgot your password?". Click on it.
You will be redirected to the password recovery/reset page.
On the password recovery page, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to provide the email address that you used during the registration process.
Once you have entered your email address, click on the "Submit" button.
New page will open with place to enter 6 digit verification code.
The app will initiate the password recovery process, which involves sending an email with verification code to the provided email address.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from the app. It may take a few moments for the email to arrive, so please be patient.
Open the email and locate the verification code provided.
On the password reset page, enter the verification code you received via email.
After entering the verification code, click the "Submit" button to proceed.
A new page will open where you can define your new password. Follow the instructions on the page to create a new password. Ensure that your new password meets the app's requirements (such as minimum length, special characters, etc.).
Once you have defined your new password, click the "Update password" button to confirm the password change.
